A surcharge of 50EUR applies for arrivals until 00.00 from 00.00 till 2.00 am the surcharge is 100EUR . All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and to respect our neighbors, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay: All guests aged 16 and above must complete the online check-in process prior to arrival at the property. Upon arrival, valid identification will be required for verification purposes. At least one adult over the age of 25 must be staying at the property throughout the reservation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests must keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 09:00 to avoid disturbances. On the day of departure (preferably the night before), we kindly ask you to dispose of organic waste in the designated public containers to avoid possible fines from local authorities.
